Default how to build a block

i have an ls that i want to build to handle 15 psi, what should i do to the block to make it handle that, i am thinking pistons rods oem bearings oem sleaves, block guard arp head studs, cometic head gasket.

How much power are you trying to make?? What turbo are you using?? If you use the cometic head gasket it will lower your compression. If you are doing 15psi with like a t25 its alot different than 15psi with a SC61

No need for a block guard. The stock sleeves are plenty strong, granted you have it tuned correctly. What fuel management are you going with?

As for the block itself, what you have listed is a good starting point. (minus the blockguard of course)

safc hack 60-70psi inline fuel pump and dsm 440's

190 pump, afc, 450's, and something to pull timing in boost....

It was my understanding that a BTM does nothing to correct the timing issues with the AFC hack? But if you say it works...
