Hotter PLUGs ?

What plugs to you guys recommend for a turbocharged H22 ?

You want a colder plug.. usually one level colder.. like a NGK 7 series for low boost apps... if you're running high boost you may wnat to go 2 steps colder.. and gap them anywhere between .028 and .030

I have R5671a -8 's right now ...
I dont have anything to compare that too - so is this a colder plug ?
