You can't find it? You need to remove the plastic covering on the outside of the dash(to expose a little hanger and a screw that the relay hangs from). Its a little white box if I recall correctly.

BTW..you will need to connect to pin 7, I don't believe pin 4 is available.

Are you referring to the port where the fuel comes in or out? Because you should have a barb fitting in there to hook to the in side.

Here read this:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Add second fuel pump.
Cut the rubber fuel line approximately 1 1/2 inches from the fuel filter. Assemble supplied fuel pump with the shorter brass fitting. Insert hose barb connector into the 1 1/2 inch rubber fuel line extending from the fuel filter. Connect supplied rubber fuel line to barb connector and the second fuel pump. Connect stock rubber fuel line extending from fuel rail to the banjo fitting of the second fuel pump. Secure all lines with hose clamps. Note: Use the supplied hose clamp to secure the fuel pump to the air conditioning line. Ground the fuel pump to the engine or chassis.

I used a 12v relay hooked up to the battery, and fuel pump relay so I wouldnt have to draw all the current from the stock realy.
This is how I did it:
