Default Hondata users please help!!!!! Something wrong!!!

I am posting my recent datalog for your interpretation. It is a minute long and its all during idle. I do rev it to about 3500 rpms but i was hoping someone can tell me if the 02 sensor readings and the duty cycle and all are right or not. The car has been running great up until about a week ago. Ive been driving the car and it keeps sputtering. The air/fuel gauge goes to lean and the car sputters, then after a few seconds, it will go back to rich under throttle but it seems like its got a miss in it. The exhaust pops really loud. Its to the point where it is undrivable. I havent checked the plugs because its late and i need to wait for the motor to cool down. Can someone please help. I recently put the thermal 3" stealth exhaust and it seems like these problems are happening ever since i put the exhaust on. I am blowing alot of black smoke behind me. Enough to blind people. Any help is appreciated.

without looking at the file, I'd have to say bad plugs or wires.

I've already answered your post on CSI. It appears your tps is out of adjustment at 0.51 during idle. Trying setting it to 0.45v.
