hondata question
does hondata work right out of the box or do you have to get it tuned first for it to be effective? and will a stage 2B suffice for a street turbo car or is 3B and up better?

Does it work right out of the box? Yes and no. They provide base maps to get you going, but you still need to get it dyno'd for your car. A 2b will be fine for your turbo car, and the 3b just comes with more features like full throttle shift. With the 2b you can get datalogging which is nice to have.

Re: hondata question (Arturbo)
can you specify what exactly you have done to your engine (injector size, turbo specs, etc...) and can they make a couple base maps based on what you currently have on your engine? or is it the same base map for every unit that is sent out? could a 2B run the car fine without any tuning for a long time (years)? or MUST it be tuned?

Re: hondata question (deviant1)
given your engine and injector size the car will work pretty well out of boost and run well in boost too but it is a good idea to get it tuned to make sure that you're not too lean under boost (or too rich costing you power).
