Well...I got my hondata 2b in today and my p28 ecu, but no wiring harness. Anyways, I've got a rom for it already, and everything looks like its already socketed, so when I install the thing, is it basically gonna be take out the old ecu and replace it with this one, hook up my rom, and wire the blue box to it? Also, I dont see how you can hook up the blue box thing to the ecu with the lid off, so does this thing even need to be connected at all times or what?

 

if you have a base map already in that prom, then all you have to do is plug
everything in. The hondata box must be connected at all times, what I usually
do is to bend up part of the lid right by the plug so that it doesnt crimp the
wire.

 

I took my ECU apart and ran the interface box wires bettween the ECU plug coupler and case. Takes 3 minutes of your life away !

 

OK...thanks for the pic Dee. I was shipped the wrong ROM anyways so I"m gonna have to wait for that. So basically I got 2/4 things right on the order....the 2b, and the P28 ecu. Wrong rom and no cable.
