Default Hondata OBD0 Question

After reading the Hondata website and some of the manuals, I was getting the impression that the Hondata system will also work for the PR3 and PW0 ECUs. But then I also read elsewhere on the site and they say only for OBD1. Can anyone clear up my confusion?

A couple of more questions,

I have PR3 ECU, it can be chipped for Hondata use (understood)

my other question is what about the dual o2 sensors? Would I be able to use a map for ie, the B18C n/a map, would it eliminate the need for dual 02's in closed loop mode?

If you run this in open loop you do not need any O2 sensors, but the part throttle mapping must be thoroughly tuned.
