Default Hondata + nitrous + supercharger question.

I know hondata can be tuned for nitrous or for a supercharged system, but what about the guys that run both nitrous and a supercharger? I've read about this being a popular option for the jrsc crowd because of the problems with getting an intercooler for the roots blower. It is my understanding that the jrsc has a bypass valve so that the boost only kicks in when the engine is under load, and the nitrous would only shoot at WOT. Can hondata adjust the A/F and the timing to compensate for both of these systems at the same time?
