ok, im trying to install hondta on my 1998 gsr.
but, i have the jackson racing map controler and the jackson racing v-pak already on the car. Do i have to take out all that **** before i can plug in the hondata or can i just run all that junk with hondta for the time being. its alot of wireing and ****.
im prety sure the map controler will have to come out, but id just thought id see.

vpak controls when vtec comes on.
im thinking maybe i can keep it for no, sence one is hardwired in and teh other is softwear.
but, if im cuting and pasteing all the wires, i guess i might as well just do it at the same time

so ... say i'm running a stock jrsc setup -- meaning no map controller, no boost timing controller, no added fuel delivery -- would your recommendation be a Hondata? would this take care of everything that all these other jr electronics do?
basically, i'm not seeing the response i thought i would. power=detonation. vtec is definitely not what it used to be. any help would be appreciated!
