Would it be worth it for me to scrap the Blue Box if i were gonna run the stock 5.5 psi? would be scrapped in favor of an uberchip or hondata...

Go with the Hondata, it will allow you to propelry tune it for max power, and economy. You can even have it cut your fuel if you boost above a cetain level to prevent over boosting.

cutting fuel under boost=detonation, this is why you never want to hit the factory rev. limiter under as it cuts fuel, you cut fuel w/ boost that is the ultimate lean

No, too much timing causes detonation, and running lean melts pistons.
The fuel cut is not something you rely on full time, but if there is a boost spike from a vac line coming loose from a boost controller or a boost controller going bad or a borken wastegate, this will save your but.
Completely shutting off fuel is not that hard on an engine, it is how honda does thier rev-limiter. No Fuel = no exhaust gas, which = no boost.

!2 psi your gonna have to do at least 440, might even look at 550's. I'm currently running 310'a on 11 psi and maxing out these injectors (100% duty cycle).

i say get E-manage way cheaper than hondata and in my opinion almost just as good, I've seen turbo cars gain 20-30whp from it, also seen crazily camed up n/a cars go from not being able run to idling perfectly
