Hondata and air condition not working

Installed Hondata & now the A/C doens't work
My friend recently installed a Hondata 4b and now his A/C doesn't work. The fan turns on but it doesn't activate the compressor.
Now there is a a/c cutoff at certain higher rpms but it's turned off or not selectable. Even at idle it doesn't turn the compressor on. Maybe he missed something. He has version 2.5 of the rom editor which does not include the a/c cutoff feature.
Anyone have any ideas?
99 civic si w/ Greddy turbo. 450dsm, hondata 4b tuned on the dyno last week. just shy of 200 with the stock cat and muffler.
