Default hondata

to put a hondata on my b18 i am putting in,the web site says i have to put a obd1 ecu in,is this true or are they bullshitting me.if they are can you tell me what other brand ecu i hould go with(similar to hondata).thanks

you could do an OBD1 swap with a 94/95 LS P75 ECU...doesn't cost more than $150-200(at least mine didn't) for the harness and OBD1 dizzy

Yes you do have to go with an obdI ecu. YOu shouldn't loose any functionality but you might not be street legal anymore depending on where you live.

No need for an obd1 distributor, all u need is an ls or dx obd1 ecu and conversion harness and hondata.

hmmm wait. You have a obd2 b18b and you want hondata right?

Well all you have to do is get yourself a obd1 non-vtec ecu ([74, p75, pr4) and a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness.

That's it. No need for dizzie.

right, I was thinking OBDO-&gt;OBD1(thats what I am) we need the OBD1 dizzy
