Default hondata, 3bar, injector problems

I installed my s200b system. here's the problems.

The car ran for about ten seconds and then died, I tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I noticed that the hondata light was blinking slow and steady ( hondata and ecu is installed correctly). troubleshooting led me to believe that it was a communication problem with the 28 pin chip.
I then pulled one of the spark plugs out and it was drenched in fuel. Could it be that I have a bad base map. Also here are some things that bugging me.
How do you check resistance for injector clips. the injectors are 880's, i probed with a meter to the injector itself and it read around 2 ohms (good).
How do you check for resistance on the inj. clip itself? I wired a 10 ohm 10 watt. resistor inline to the 4 yellow/black inj. wires. I thought that I could check for resistance by going straight to the inj clip, but I didn't get anything. People are always saying check for 12 ohms across the inj. clip, but when I did that I didn't get anything ( ignition on or off, i still didn't get a reading).
My 3bar problem- with the ignition on the stock map sensor read 4.7v across A-B, A-C was 5v. The 3bar read the same across those points. The searched button and hondata told me that across A-B that it was 1.6v for the 3bar and 2.85 for a stock sensor. Whats the deal, please help. thanks

It might be a bad Map sensor causing the ECM to go into limp mode and flood the engine with fuel.
