Default Hondata 2 step, how does it help and good purchase?

I been thinking about that hondata 2 step. I have a couple of car videos with it. I know it makes that weird sound and something about the rpms. How does it help and would that be a good thing to purchase?

It's supposed to help with a consistent launch, and allow full throttle shifting. It will also allow you to build boost off the line. I'm thinking about purchasing it down the road, after I get Hondalogger.

My only question about it is how well is the throw on the activation switch? Too short of a throw will "drop" the RPM's before the clutch is fully disengaged, which would be catastrophic in a racing situation.

I have never had any problems with it. Probably because I use Hondalogger to set it.

i use the msd 2 step on my race hatch and i love it, very consistent launches and 60 fts, i have the uberdata on my turbo coupe and have it set at like 5200 and it helps a little on the turbo but there is a fine line between good and way too much boost causing wheelspin, the uberdata runs off the VSS and shuts off at a set MPH,i dont know how the hondata does it

What do you guys use to turn the 2-step off after launch? B/c the way mine is setup when I shift it hits the rev limiter.
