Well yesterday, my car sounded like it was running open downpipe but it was too dark to see anything. So I checked today and there is a whole in my downpipe about the size of a golf ball right on the bend before it bolts up to the cat. My question: my car is tuned with hondata and I'm worried that something will happen because I was tuned with an exhaust on my car. Will anything happen if I dont boost it?

 

It may affect closed loop if the hole is before the o2 sensor. But if closed loop was disabled, then no.

Your A/F ratios might looked wacked if it's before the sensor.

 

you have a bend right before the cat? is your cat under the oil pan?
