HMT style HF/14b downpipe and IC piping setup questions
I've got my HMT HF/BMC/14b turbo bolted all together, and test fitted onto my d15b.
Problem is, I have the stock mitsu o2 housing and cant find a pipe bend tight enough to make my downpipe without it dragging on the ground. Any pics of these downpipes i could use as a reference?
Also, what are you using for the compressor side outlet? the stock J pipe? I bought an ebay j pipe to connect to my IC piping, but the bend goes back toward the motor, and wont clear my PS and lower torque brackets. any pics or ideas on that would be awesome too.
this is my first turbo project and im almost done, really excited to finish it, but need some ideas on how to get my pipes in order.
Thanks!

Re: HMT style HF/14b downpipe and IC piping setup questions (Simple)
On our setup like this, we actually gave up on the DSM O2 Housing and bought the turbo outlet flange from BMC, then created our own downpipe.
We mounted the turbo with the hot side oriented to the transmission end of the engine.
Here is a pic of the resulting downpipe.
We have an entire photo album online that documented this build, here is a link to the downpipe section. There's about 30 pictures there of just the downpipe. (Yeah, I'm kind of **** at times. )

Hope that helps,
