Default HKS Type SSBOV

I bought a new intercooler kit for my turbo setup and it came with a HKS Type Super SeQ BOV and its not working not matter what i do to it. I have a vac box from eagle which is hooked up to my break booster so it has a strong vac source everything else on it works fine but the bov. I adjusted the screw on it all the way in and out and still nutn i even put the vac line on my manifold and i still wont work. Any Ideas is it just bad?

might be bad, its a knock off so you never know.

check to make sure what spring is in it or buy a new one.

I checked the spring did all that. my friend bought the exact kit from a company in miami and he has the same problem they just dont work. I used an original HKS SSBOV and it works like a charm. What is the problem with these look alikes are we not running enough boost for them for them to work?
