Alright, I searched, and tried everything. TURBOXS RFL doesnt want to work on me, doesnt blow off and I hear the compressor surge everytime.

I tried 3 different vacuum sources. PCV, FPR, Booster. Nothing worked.

Tried it on a buddies eclipse, worked wonders.

I can move the the insides fairly easy. Seems like I dont have a good source of vacuum but I tapped it to its own vacuum source with no luck at all. Just a lot of fluttering from the turbo itself.

I am stumped. I am boosting about 7 pounds and the BOV just doesnt open.

Any ideas?

how many pounds is the dsm running? it might be due to the fact that the spring is too tight in there and wont blow off unless you run more pressure. Are they adjustable like the greddy's if so i would try and loosen it so it will blow off easier. good luck

got it to finally work. had to put it on a vice to twist it off and found a ton of washers in it. About 6 washers. Took out 4 and left two. Blows off fairly easy if i am boosting more than 5 Pounds.

Turbo still flutters at low boost. Is it because I have it mounted about 5-7 inches away from the throttle? should it be placed somewhere else? does it even matter? I just worry about the turbo fluttering on me.

Take out the left over 2 washer then, i ran mine with no washer and not fully tighten
