Default higher psi w/hack...maybe

ok so this is just a thought i had...you can only go so much w/the hack because it will only lower the signal so much, after that point you get a cel map sensor from too much boost right? so if you had some cheak valves in place where you map sensor didn't see the boost, could't you use what ever size injectors suit you app. and adjust fuel accordingly? that would only leave the timeing to worked out...am i on the right path, or can someone tell me why this is a compeatly stupid idea

I believe the SMC needs the signal from the MAP sensor to do its thang. If you block the pressure so the MAP sensor can't do its job, then the SMC won't work right.

yep i tried to find a way but the only way i thoguht of was to get a 3bar and an FMU then it MIGHT work but still risky so i just went with a stand alone

smc=?, sorry new at this..and if you ment the v-afc couldn't you just tune it on a dyno w/wideband o2 for correct adjustments?

... instead of using a check valve (which i dont like will work like mos said)... but you can use larger injectors... see here : https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=313258 ... but you still run into problems... i think the hack is good for 12-15 psi max... any more and you should just go with a standalone... personally, i am gonna hack for the winter... and save $$$ in the meantime... then go standalone hopefully in the late spring or early summer...

smc = vafc minus the bling factor (and vtec control)...
