Those should work fine with turbo, just get the cam gears. High lift is fine for turbo, duration is what kills you. Similar to stock duration and higher lift works great.

If you are really looking at spending the money on cams, then check out either skunk2 or rocket's turbo cams. You can see rocket's cams at http://www.ef-1.com. Cams should be one of the last things you get for your boosted engine. You can make very good power with the stock cams, just by adding cam gears. I believe the main purpose with a turbo cam is to extend the torque curve, and yield a modest increase in hp.

I have great luck with Crowers Turbo cams, you always need gears though to real help tune your power curve.

Have you had breakage on the crowers? I have been hesitant to even look at them since the horror stories of their dohc vtec cams awhile back.

You must use Type R lost motion sensors and ask for a smaller base circle to be ground into your cam. These two steps will stop any cam from breaking, even Crower.

Earl,

I am kinda fuzzy on cam stuff. What does "a smaller base circle to be ground into your cam" mean exactly? What exactly does the lost motion assembly do?

smaller base circle means that the area of the cam that has the valve closed has a smaller diameter. Its sort of hard to explain. For instance if you use a stock cam and then use a cam with a smaller base circle your valve lash will increase because of the smaller base circle. Most of the time you request smaller base circles if you have done a few valve jobs on a head and the valves are "sunken" into the head a little further than normal. I konw its no the best definition but do you get the idea

interesting!
So a valve job can sink valves so much that you'll need smaller base circle cam to keep the valve closed..

That why you have adjustable valve lash, to put everything back to stock.
