Default High heat coated parts - A long term look

Hey All.

As you know, I've been heavily into having rust-attracting parts high heat coated and powder coated. Everyone of course sees these parts freshly coated and installed, but there are very few pics of those that have been used long term (1-2 years +).

So, for those who have had exhaust manifolds and turbochargers coated, whether or not they were by me, please post pictures of them and state how long you had them installed. I think it is important for those in H-T and others on the web to view the look of these parts long AFTER they've been installed and used.

Thanks all.. Much obliged.

This is my old SFP manifold coated by TheShodan and my wastegate was also coated. Pics are 2 years old and the coatings were done back in 05. Probably about 10,000k miles on them. Sold that set-up to my buddy and the manifold still looks amazing.

The high heat cermic coating or HPC coating like that holds up nice. I had my turbine done on my old car i didnt get a ton of use on it but i will say this, it never once discolored, it actually held enough heat in to where i could quickly touch the turbine housing after making a 22 psi pull down the 1320. it increased spool responce as well. its definatly worth doing. I want to get my SPA top mount manifold done but money is tight right now till after my wedding. Shodan ill be contacting you on this in september.

Here is my Jet Hot coated manifold with their "Extreme Sterling" coating marketed as a 1700*F coating. It stated to melt off after 1 dyno session. My EGTs peaked at 1250*F.
