Default D16Z6 valvtrain upgrades for cam

I have been researching hte next stage of my build that includes a valve train upgrade. i have been looking at the ZEX 59300 and the crower 63441ZT. Now I have read that some people have ran these cams without other head upgrades, and i deffinatly dont want to do that. I am looking for how far should i go, and what to replace when i am buildingu p the head.

I obviously want to go with some upgraded springs, but I don't know what else that warrants... can i stick with the stock valves or are aftermarket valves necessary if i use some of the shelf crower/zex/supertech springs?

If stock valves are ok, where should I buy them? they are well over the price of after market valves if I were to buy them from a dealer.

If I should upgrade the valves, what brand should I go with?

Are OEM keepers ok or do people use something else?
