high fuel pressure

i forgot extacly what damage high fuel pressure causes.

found nothing in search

somone enlighten me please?

doesnt hurt the wastegate somehow or somthing?

Bump - interesting question.

I would assume that a high fuel pressure could damage the fuel pump if not aftermarket.....but thats all i could think of.

It can effect the operation of your fuel injectors.

It can damage both.....i remember i ran 20psi on a turbo car using a 12:1 fmu with stock injectors....just for the hell of it.....lol...the injectors were finished but the wolboro survived
