For the manifold it looks like you mightbe able to just chase the threads with a tap. You could also have someone weld up the hole then redrill it and retap it. For the studs, just get new bolts.

Retapp the manifold i mean. I had that happend to me before. Bring the head to a machine shop to re-tread it or something.

well i would get another manifold from them and have them over night it and pay for the shipping cost for u to send the junk one back to them. they should do that if they want to keep their name good after all it is their fault

I have two reasons I dont want a new manifold. 1) I KNOW it would take forever. 2)They tapped my manifold for the EGT bung for me....but maybe they can do it again?
I'd rather fix it here though....unless they can get me a new one by the end of the week.

00silverls,
What turbointeg95 said about having a machine shop weld the hole then having them re-tap is prob your best bet (how come i didn't think of that?). Just bring em the turbo so they know where to re-tap, and tell em what thread pitch you want.
And get fmax to cover the cost of labor.

Just got off the phone w/ Scott. He was real cool about it. I'm overnighting it to him. He'll fix it and overnight it back w/ a check inside for the shipping charges.
That way I'll be sure to get it by the weekend.
