Help!! What Turbo Is this???

Can someone tell me what turbo this is? I would like to kno size, performance, etc. I kno its a t3, 70a/r, But i need to know more info. Thanks guys

all i could find was that it was brazil made and heres a vid of one in action

kinda looks like a t3/60-1
