Does anyone know what kind of turbo this is?

All I know is it's a 60 trim compressor
Garrett m10
divided housing
v-band downpipe





Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm trying to find out what manifold and flange I need.

 

looks like a garrett 60 trim with a divided housing. and a decent size housing at that.

 

I'm thinkin it's a t04 but I'm not positive
