help with turbo setup...

Default help with turbo setup...

im currently in the process of buying turbo parts for my setup. i have so far...

-t3 turbo
-drag manifold
-drag downpipe
-intercooler
-piping

i know i need to have the following...
-bov
-wastegate

my question is, do i need some other stuff? im planning on using walbro fuel pump. are there anything else i need to buy to use the walbro pump? would i need a new ecu, and injectors? i would not want to do hondata because i dont know how it works and what to buy for it.

please dont flame me , and yes i did try to search but couldn't find what i was looking for. whats that one website where they showed pictures of turbocharged gen2 integras? it also showed and gave information about each part on a turbo setup.

you need the return and feed lines, some type of fuel management

you'll need an FMU and an safc since you dont want hondata.

get the install kit with the walbro.

injectors

boost gauge, egt, oil press, etc...

i assume your running no more than 7psi?

correct. im planning on boosting only 7, the least 6 until i build up my block. so i would need...
-FMU
-Walbro
-Injectors
-Gauges
-SAFC

now another question...how many kind of FMU is out there?

Greedy sells their E-Management unit for like $250-300

They come with their turbo kits preprogrammed but since your buying the unit you'll need to program it for you application.

Maybe you can contact them and see if they can send you one programmed for the kit they sell for your car. But then you'll need to be running a VERY similiar setup as them.

**** it. Take it to a shop to get it tuned on the dyno.

Hondata K-pro would be the absolute best way to go, with proper tuning. Hand your car over to some pros and about 50 pulls later your car will run perfect.

if i do go hondata. will i need a new ecu? what other parts are required for hondata?
