Default b18c1 turbo set up, what to do what to do

I have a stock b18c1 (gsr) in my 96 civic hatch. I recently purchased a rev hard turbo mani which allows me to use ac and I do plan on keeping. I bought a garrett t3 ar48 "super 60" quick spooler. The turbo comes with a internal wastegate and has a dumptube, also this turbo has both oil cool and water cool. I dont see how I can use this set up, the reason why I say that is because the intercooler piping looks like it wont wont connect with the turbo? Im not a turbo expert but i'll try to explain what I mean, theres 2 openings on a turbo, 1 opening you can see the fan blade? and the other opening is where my problem is, Its facing my engine block. Does this make any sense? I seen other turbos where the 2nd opening I mentioned is facing down or away from the block and allows IC piping to work? Can I adjust the position of my turbo or somthing? Need some more info but this is my main concern at this moment some please help

yes u can reposition the turbo by loosing the bolts that clamp the compressor and turbine housing on...make sure that the center section has the oil feed inlet stright up and oil return down...

Is a internal wastegate better then external? Also how would i adjust this internal wastegate if i were to keep it?

internal wastegates are as easy to adjust as external, i havent had much experience with them but i heard external > internal..
