so after messing with it and new plugs it started ran horrible wouldnt rev up was breaking up all over
so after testing fuel spark timing ect..
too much fuel pressure?
we removed the fpr and ran it directly back to the tank thing runs ok now but its running on 20psi fuel i slowly clamp the return line fuel pressure goes to around 30 it dies and wont start im stumped please help me out with any idea oh and i have replaced

i think im missing something stupid

and the car will idle and run all day @ 20 fpsi

so, you removed the fpr and ran the feed line to the rail then the line off that directly back to the tank? you won't get high fuel psi, no restriction. did you put a new pump in the car yet? put the fpr back on the car and route the lines how their supposed to go and recheck fuel psi with cycling the key a couple times. are you watching your afr's while doing any of this? if not, you really need a wideband to tell you if your too rich, causing the car too turn off from flooding from higher fuel psi. it may be something in the tunes parameters got corrupted throwing the car out of tune causing the issue.

i think its apperant that its dumping too much fuel.ANd ur probably seeing 20psi because of ur bigger fuel pump.

What kind of AFR;s is it reading when its dieing?

Try a different ECU and reburn the chip.

a/f is pegged rich non stop nothing changes

if i put the fpr back in it will not start the way its setup now is the only way it runs im to the point now were i beleive its a timing problem in the tune but not 100% sure
