Default help with tuning

I have a 91 INtegra ls. I have a b18a1 with a gsr crank, eagle forged rods, wiseco 9 to 1 forged pistons, cometic headgasket. THe head has had a 3 angle valve job and has been ported and polished. I am currently running 8 lbs. I have a 12-1 fmu and a walbro 255. **stock injectors**

I am trying to get it tuned to keep from messing it up.

what are my options on a budget.

Afc and 440's?
