Default Help with track times

Well, I went to the track last night with my turbo civic si and I need some help.

My times are 14.2 at 104.5 MPH with 2.4 60' times. I am running kumho 712's on stock rims, and I know traction is the problem. There are plenty of cars running mid 13's at around 102-103MPH. What suspension/transmission mods will help the most?

I am looking into drag radials and maybe traction bars. I have an exedy organic clutch which isnt slipping yet, but I am sure will be soon, so I want to wait on an LSD until I need to do the clutch. Is there anything else that I can to to help my times, mainly 60 foot times?

Thanks,
Craig
