I've seen the older T-25 silvia's boost around 10psi, tho this was a bigger exhaust.
DSM T-25 only hold 8lbs. Post a Pic of the actuator, if it's what I think, I got one here that would fit, adjustable.

is there anyway i can get it to boost around 6-7 lbs?? probably just by using a boost controller or should i get the whole actuator assembly changed out to one from a DSM??

well you can't lower boost with a boost controller...only raise it. So i guess your best bet would be to look for a different actuator or you could try replacing the wastegate actuator with a carb spring.

do the old air compressor bleed trick

take an air mattress compressor or anything that pumps air, put a vacuum line on the wastegate and route it to the compressor, and use a double tee to (1) tee off the line to a boost gauge that you may have laying around, and (2) leave it open and put your finger at the end of the open vacuum line.

pump up the line to 20psi or more so the wastegate arm is fully extended, and start to bleed off boost with your finger very slowly watching the wastegate arm. you want to bleed it to the point where the wastegate arm is just starting to extend, so you will have to mark on the arm where fully compressed and fully extended the arm is, and around half to very close to fully compressed will be the psi that the wastegate is set at.

you can do all of this with the wastegate on or off the turbo.

I made a post in an earlier T25 thread that might help you. I'll quote it below.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by tjbizzo &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Just a quick question for everyone. Why doesn't anyone ever just slip a light wastegate spring over the actuator rod with a fender washer, compress it, and hold it in place with a rod clamp? If you don't know what a rod clamp is, think --&gt; micro C-clamp. You can make your own with a short piece of tubing or nut that will just barely fit over the flattened of the actuator rod, drill and tap a hole in the side, and insert a set screw. Or just grind a slot in the nut so it slips over the rod from the side and it'll be even easier. All comments are welcome. Please feel free to knock it down if it's a dumb idea. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Bent as in tryin to achieve more boost? I think it would be wise to just Find another actuator, Better safe than finding out later

Being bent might affect it, being open at the bottom should not because it already takes in outside air where the rod exits. Either bend it back or secure it down somehow.
