Help with strange noise with built b16a2

Bad quality but u can hear it. Sound is coming approx 1500rpm and 5000rpm. Between its quiet. Valve to rocker clearance is ok. We start the engine without valvecover and it seems to be ok, oil is squirting etc. Only thing im thinking is those "vtec pistons" or something, that holds those pins which holds rocker arms. Is it possible install that rocker arm holding shaft 180 degrees wrong?
Fresh bore 81.5mm with SRP pistons, eagle rods and crank. ACL race bearings. Oil 10w40 semi synthetic (drive in oil)
Engine runs smoothly but sound like diesel. Help needed.
