Default OBD0 b16 turbo fuel problem

ok soo here goes,its a obdo b16 stock inj, stock fpr, just trying to get the car to start soo i can get it tuned, just installed a new walbro 255, and now im getting fuel pouring out my downpipe..THATS RIGHT, OUT THE DOWNPIPE.... lol. Ive changed FPR, with another know stock good one, I dont really know where to go from here, the car will start...but it pours the fuel like i said.

Any suggestions ?

im pretty sure i have an obd0 b16 dizzy

Did you do anything else to the car or just change the fuel pump and now it wont start? If there is too much fuel being injected into the CC, this might be your problem.

However, if your car will not start at all, you may have other problems that need to be addressed first.
