help please turbo car problems
hey guys i had a crx with an ls turbo, neptuned. well i sold my whole swap and turbo kit to this kid in a 96 teg, i didnt have my obd1 harness so i had to use his, i rewired the injectors and etc. well i got everything pretty much ready i tried starting it and it started on the first 2 times, then i heard a whinding noise, it sounded more like an alternator belt when it squeeks, i checked everything to see if everything was ok and there was a little leak in the oil feed but nothing big, so i tightend it up and ive been trying to start it again and it doesnt want to start now, ive tried everything, im running 1000cc injectors so i have to put a resistor box, i checkd the wiring to the resistor and everything was good i checked the injectors and they are sprayihng, i checked the plugs and they are firing, i've tried everything and it turns over but doesnt start, can anybody please help.

from your sig tony tuned your car so im not gonna say there could be an issue there. so just check your wiring an if you soldiered anything make sure you have them insulated at the soldier points, if not you can short things.

I'm confused about something here....a 96 Integra is OBD2

This implies you used an OBD1 harness which wouldn't be appropriate. If the Integra is going to use an OBD1 motor and ecu, then the Integra OBD2 harness should be used with a harness conversion at the ecu.
I have to wonder what's going on, because many statements here don't make sense.
You say it started, but now it won't run....so I say first of all what engine harness, what LS motor, and what ecu is being used
You say it has fuel, has spark, has this, has that....if that were true it would run...if you have spark, if you have fuel in all cylinders, and compression, all timed appropriately the motor runs...period.
So, you say it has fuel, you say it has spark, so if you verify the timing is correct by visually inspecting the timing belt then your good. The timing isn't the issue though, because you say it ran. Your implying your one step from perfection here, and I'm willing to bet that that isnt' the case.
Also, so no engine lights are on through this entire process?
So, for help, better describe what components are being used, how you verified all injectors are opening, how you verified spark, and whether or not your getting an MIL.

it is a 96 integra, with the stock obd-2 harness, but its an obd-1 motor, with obd-1 neptuned ecu, we took out the injectors to see if they are spraying and theyare. the only thing i can think of is maybe the the harness is whats causing it not to start because everything is still the same, i did put a different o2 sensor than the one i had on there when i got it tuned, but i dont think that would make a difference. to tell u the truth i think the injectors might be flooding the motor when i try to start it, but i dont know why it wont start when it started in my crx.
