Default Help on new setup

Finally got my turbo somewhat working - I had 450cc dsm's and the afc hack, and that wasn't working out so well so now i switched to itr 240's and it all runs much smoother. However, I don't think I am building any boost, or at least not much. I will put my boost guage in tonight, but its nothing to speak of either way. No blow off, and no pull where I know I should feel it (3.5k-5k). Though I have already done it, I will go over all the bolts and couplings again, and maybe check the w/g, but other than that I'm stumped. Anyone with any ideas on what is the problem, or what my afc should be set at I'd appreciate it.
TIA,
Nate
