help!!!!, new permacool rad. fan wont turn on and car stays cold!!!
00 civic si turbo, i just put a 12" permacool radiator fan and it wont turn on and the car doesnt get up to operating temp (gauge reads cold). I doubled-checked and the fan is hooked-up right. is my thermastat bad????

Thermostat is obviously the first thing to look for, it's probably stuck open.

thats what my buddy said, ill install the new one, then if that was the prob, will my fan work when it gets up to operating temp??
