help need advice on setup
I have a h23 in a delsol turbo with a gt30 sence i have a h23 the back sheep of motors in the honda world i did't not have alot of choices on a manifold. So i called sfp and got there street manifold they said it would hit the front mount but sence it was in a civic it would be ok so no big deal. So i get it and go to fit it up but the turbo is hiting the block so i grind i little of so it clears and this and now this happens i cant fit the radiator back in. If and one knows where i can get one that would fit or if there race manifold would work plz let me know any info helps out

contact some of the fabricators on the boards, i bet they'll be able to make a nice custom one for you.....there are lots of them (tinker219, full-race, projectdc2, overblowteg...etc)

Yeah judging the pics u can try to clock your turbo more upwards, since ur gonna be running a water to air intercooler also.

i would just make new mounts for the rad. just move it over 2-3 inches to the left you will have plenty of room then.

I had similar problems with fitment ussues on my h23a. I went with a love-fab and if you speak with cody and give him measurements, he can make you a manifold that will better fit your set-up. The only reason I ran into problems is due to the large compressor that i run... it was hitting the radiator. So I modded the hell out of my radiator support. You might want to look into modifying your radiator supports as well and locate them a little closer to the passenger's side fender for clearance. You can also run a pusher fan and mount it on the otherside of the radiator support if you have clearance. You'll also probably need to get a slim-fit fan and wire it backwards to make it a pusher or regular to make it a puller. Post up another picture looking head-on into the bay it will allow us to see what other options you might be able to pull off.
I also take it you are not going to run a traction bar and do away with the front motor mount, right?
Here are some pictures of what I had to do to possibly help you out:
