help with my boost by gear

Hey sup guys quick question. If I set up my boost by gear myself will it mess with my afr? My car is already tuned. I'm on one set psi on all five gears but would like to lower my psi in first and second

No, as long the car was tuned at those pressure levels, (which i'm sure it was), it has nothing to do with your AFR.
