OK i am about to turbo my stock gsr heres the problem.

I bought one turbo a garrett t3 flanged but found out it was bad after install but sent it away and shop said they could fix it for 250. So i went and got another one but its not a t3 flanged turbo its a t25 flanged turbo with a t3 adapter.

Both are garretts the one with the t3 flange is a bit bigger not much though. Power wise how much will i lose with the t2 exhaust housing of the other turbo.

So the question is should i rebuild the t3 or go with this t2 flanged one.

 

nobody has an opinion. I am going towards rebuilding the t3

 

On a gsr, I'll go with the t3/t4 turbo if you can. But I'll say t3 turbo over the t25. Much easier to deal with.
