help me out with the build
going 2 be starting a build up in essence i really only want a 13 second car on street tires
doing a b16 head / gsr block build up
wondering what internals i should do 2 achieve these kinda times, in doing these i am going to turbo after
so which internals are a must have in this kinda build up for a 10 psi boost car
i know about the b16 head cams suck *** and i should get aftermarket or gsr ones but which others things can everyone suggest

Yeah, you can definately get 13's on a stock block.
