If you use the B16 head with a complete stock GSR block, you WILL lose compression. I would just use the GSR head with the stock block and just get a B16 tranny or an ITR tranny if you can afford it.

that is what i was planning on doin, b/c i was originally going to turbo a b16 but i was wantin to try another avenue. b/c i have already done a n/a b16 crx but a friend of mine just turbo'd his ls del sol and his car is wicked, but i like the vtec motors much more. any idea what the compression ratio numbers might look like? and what boost capabilities might be?

comp ratio is around 10:1 taht's not exact but it's around there

right now we're boosting 5psi and it pulls hard at 12psi we can't even get traction..
