Help me with this compressor map, real easy question
After hours of calculatios and ploting this map is perfect for my cars flow rate. Know the caption for the map says T04E "57" trim. What i don't know is if this is a t3/t4 hybrid or a t4. Hopefully someone with more experience with turbo's will be able to enlighten me. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Just for the hell of it here's the site http://64.225.76.178/catalog/compmaps/fig4.html

Its irrelavant, t3/t4e 57 trim or t4e 57 trim uses the same compressor map. Its based on just the compressor wheel. Some of the newer Garrett maps actually factor in the different turbine wheels and housings that can be used.

When someone says "T3/T4" they mean that the turbo has a T4 compressor side and a T3 exhaust side. That map is for the compressor wheel only, the turbine wheel doesn't matter for that data.
Now that you have picked the compressor, you still need to pick the turbine wheel and the turbine housing.
