and how strong are the rods, internals, etc? do some research on celica forums for other peoples setup and experiences, etc

Check SCC mag, they had an issue awhile back about boosting a Matrix which is the same engine I think thats in the GT. Comp was high stock and they ran around 8 psi. It's a great write up, talks about making return fuel system, and other issues that happened during the project. The matrix ended up running low 14's.

and to be a smartass i know that the naem of this site is i have a 91 crx getting ready for 20-25 psi the celica is a guys car thats in my car club
