Default Help! ECU Codes

My friend has a 94 civic DX with a 98 LS engine, 95 LS wiring harness, and 94 LS ECU. We just recently installed a turbo into his car and he's getting the check engine light. I've tried checking for the codes but have had no luck. This is what I've done to try to check them. I found the blue connector and and put a paper clip to jump the pin, once I did that he turned the car to the on position without starting it but nothing happens. Everyone talks about a red cel that suppose to flash, slow flashes=10's and fast flashes=1's. Is this red cell on the ecu? I looked all over the ecu and didn't find anything. The number on the ecu reads P75, this is a LS ecu right? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The light that will flash is in the dash bezel right next to the turn signals....Try removing power from the ecu to reset it and see if you still get the code.

youll be looking for the SRS light blinking.
and yes:
10= long blink
1= short blink

if you are throwing a code it is most likely either your map sensor or 02 sensor. What kind of check valves are you running? Missing link? Make sure all of the vacuum hoses are installed correctly also. When you go to reset the ecu, pull the neg terminal off the battery for about 15-30sec, you can also pull the 15v clock fuse from under the hood near the fuse box, but for some reason whenever i do it that way the codes never go away, the battery terminal works better for me. do what suits you the best

So the cels that will light up will be red and next to both turn signals on the bezel? Will they both light up at the sametime, or the left one will light up to give the 10's and the right one the 1's. Thanks genop!

He's running 2 check valves. So will the SRS light up and blink or should I be looking for a red cel next to the turns signals. I think its his o2, but we just want to check to make sure. Thanks for the help genop and gude.

It's probably your map sensor cause you only have 2 checkvalves on it. Try adding another checkvalve.
