Default help on build block picking pistons

my motor now is a sleeve build lsvtec. gsr head(81mm 9:1). planning on rebuilding the block to 84.5mm 10:1 compression. will this be ok with a gsr head? the car is a daily driven. im sure the compression bump to around 10.5 due to the gsr head. just wondering if that will be ok or should i just get 9:1 84mm piston

Wow be careful before posting something like that. Make sure you are 100% certain that your correct because if you read the title it specifically states help picking pistons!

I have always like Endyne/wiseco's Rollerwaves.

I have used them on 3 turbo setups and 1 all motor setup. I was 13.2:1 with the all motor and i was able to tune out all detonation and still able to make 254 on pump gas and a portflow head.

On the turbo setups I've been able to run a shitload of boost on pump gas without any detonation. (one 10:1 84mm with gsr head netted 10.7:1 with all the milling of the head & block made 527 on 17pounds pump gas and 637whp 28psi on race gas the car in my sig)

Stefan ( 98CTR owner of ASP performance) made 630whp on PUMP GAS (no bullshit, i was there) with 10:1 compression with the same pistons.

The rollerwave "design" just seams to work

I know the compression seams awefully high, and maybe i've just had good luck but thats what has worked great for me.
If your going with any other brand, i'd recommend 9:1. either way you go, just take my advice with a grain of salt, everyone has there own opinions mixed with real life experiances and what they read on here..

my bad guys i needed help on picking piston compression on next rebuild. im current running 9:1 and i wanted to see if 10:0 compression is going to be too much for 84mm with gsr head. im sure that will bump up the compression a little over 10:0's. i read a lot of rsx running stock compression 11:1 with turbo and i was just thinking if 10's flat will be okay or just stick to 9:1 dish.
