Default help! broke bolt from down pipe to turbo.

I took my down pipe off which was never seated correctly. I just have the drag downpipe and the bolt the stays on the downpipe the entire time (because of the flange meeting to pipe) broke. Now on the turbo housing should i drill have it filled and lathed then have them redrill it. They will have to heat up the entire thing correct because of the cast??? A helicoil wont hold or atleast if i take it on and off correct? If i do take it to a machine shop what do you think that they would charge? Thanks

u mean the bolt broke in the turbo housing?

If the bolt is close enough to the surface you can get a dremel(put the wheel bit on it) and cut a slit on the bolt. Then use a flat head and unscrew it. Worked plenty of times for me.
