Default Help! Boost Cuts in and out

My Setup:

2000 Civic Si
Sr20 T25 Turbo at 7lbs
Vafc1
AEM UGEO Wideband
Adjustable FPR set to 50psi
Stock Injectors, Fuel Rail, Fuel Pump
Open Dump Pipe
Vtec set at 4800

On the Vafc: (Please Correct Me if i have something set wrong)
Sensor In:4 Sensor Out:4
Throttle Point Low:30% Hi:60%
Cylinder: 4 Throttle: Up-Right

Well Basically when i go to WOT the car chokes above 4500rpms. If i Gradually Accelarate it wil choke as soon as V-Tec kicks in so right now i have it Street tuned to read about 12.0-13.0 but as soon as i hit boost it goes to 15.7-17.4 and it starts to bog

To get the car to go past 4800rpms i had to set the vtec at 7000 but as soon as i hit vtec or go WOT it starts to Bog again

are you running fmu? i would get bigger injectors, fuel pump, and get it tuned with either crome or uberdata

do you have a bypass for the map sensor so it doesnt see boost? a honda ecu isnt configured to handle positive map sensor values. the sensor can read it but the ecu has no mapping.

the proper way of tuning a honda for turbo is to chip an ecu and add larger injectors/fuel pump. you wont have enough fuel with the stock injectors.

what you are trying to do is unsafe and not the right way of tuning a honda.
