Default help with b16 timing boosted

So the other day my dizzy caught on fire and melted. Well in a hurry I took off the dizzy with out looking or marking where it was set to timing wise. I went out and bought a brand new dizzy and put it on. Now I cannot get it timed right. It is cutting out in high vtec boost. I set the timing all the way advanced for right now. But how can I tell short of going to a dyno where to put it to?
