Default Help with AVC R

i have just installed the avcr into my car and i am having problems with overboosting. i had the big green spring in my 44mm wastegate and with the duty set to .60 @20% the car is seeing peak of 1.27 kg/cm
with the avcr set to off it sees 1.36 kg/cm !!
i then swapped and put in the big yellow spring(approx 10 psi/7.7kg/cm) and the car sees a peak of .82kg/cm/11.6 psi
i never had this problem with my manual boost controller.
can any help me out? i know the avcr is a great unit i am not exactly sure how to use it to it potential. i have searched but could not find a solution
im in the tri state area willing to meet up if any avcr gurus are local.

I responded to your PM.....pretty much is has to do with your manifold/wastegate design and the large exhaust side of the turbo. There are a few things you can do to aid....port the wastegate opening, get a smaller spring....run more boost.
